    Complaints

    You may report complaints in reference to IFAP Loans, services, or policies via email, or in writing. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will do our best to resolve your problem quickly. If we cannot do this, we will send you prompt acknowledgement of your complaint with information of who is dealing with it. If you are not satisfied, you can then appeal the decision – here we ask that you please state your objections and any new evidence to be considered. In receipt of our final response, we will include information about the Financial Ombudsman Service, which you can use to assist you if you decide to pursue further action.

    Good Practice

    We are fully compliant with the Good Practice Customer Charter, and in many cases these will go significantly further. We are committed to complying, and when providing short term loans will act fairly, reasonably and responsibly in all of our dealings with you. We will not pressurise you to enter into any loan agreement, and will explain how the loan works, and the total cost including fees and charges before you apply.
